BIOGRAPHY

Hardworking tendencies, honest lyrics, powerful vocals, energetic performances, and a sweet (yet sometimes sassy) disposition make this Missouri girl the entire package. Chloe Hoecker, sometimes called “Missouri’s Country Sweetheart,” has been making the rounds, performing hundreds of acoustic-country shows throughout her home state since the age of ten. Before entering her twenties, however, she began to hone-in on the art of songwriting to create lyrics and melodies that were deeply personal to her, yet bore such a sweetness and truth that they could be received universally. As she had been in-and-out of studio recording sessions in Nashville, Chloe released her debut EP "Missouri's Country Sweetheart" in April of 2026, following up the release of four singles in 2025.

While she doesn’t feel defined to one sub-genre of the ever-changing country music scene, more than anything, Chloe wants to release and perform original music that makes her AND her audience feel something; whether that be judgment, pain, nostalgia, or pride. Two things are for sure with this gal: she’s not afraid to speak her mind (politely, of course), and there’s gonna be a gosh darn fiddle in her band.

VENUES AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Named Missouri's Best Female Vocalist of 2026, Chloe Hoecker has played venues, festivals, fairs, and honky-tonks all over the state of Missouri, including some of the biggest joints in Missouri's premier summer party spot: The Lake of The Ozarks. She's rocked the stages of Franky and Louie's, Jolly Rogers, The Fish and Co, and so on. Her roots are stuck in the mid-west honky-tonk scene, however. Venues like The Honky Tonk STL and Chic's N Dix HonkyTonk and Saloon remain her favorite places to showcase a lively country act and original country tunes. Chloe has also racked up some radio play on stations across Missouri such as Mix Country 96 KWWR, KDKD, and KMMO with her recent releases. This past year, she competed in Reclaimed Idol in Centralia, MO where she took first place, as well as taking home the people's choice award. More recently, she has had the opportunity to open for bigger artists at some of Mid-Missouri's most loved concert venues, such as Rose Music Hall and Ozarks Amphitheater. Hoecker was also the cover of the Rural Missouri magazine for their January, 2026 edition.

Chloe wants the song to be heard. Which is precisely the point, and that sentiment alone says everything you need to know about her artistry, as pure, driven not by fame but emotion. “Born to Love” is the kind of song that catches you at the right moment, when its message makes perfect sense in your world and does so exactly when you need it. It’s heartfelt and healing, a slice of Chloe’s tale penned to support others in finding their own.”

Chloe Hoecker shows us that authenticity in music still goes a long way. And her heartfelt mission is a reminder that when art comes from a place of love, it doesn’t need to go chasing after the world because the world will come looking for it.”

Chloe Hoecker’s “Apple Juice” is a witty and refreshing twist on modern country music. At a time when country radio seems obsessed with alcohol-fueled storylines, Hoecker flips the script, proving that you can make a fun, fiddle-filled track without pouring a single shot.” - Vera

It demonstrates that country music can be both profound and lively without relying on stereotypes about drinking. “Apple Juice” does seem to be a new and exciting addition to the genre.”
